Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Formever (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Formever.

Formever lets you build online forms, customise them, publish them for a one-off fee, and collect responses. There is no subscription — you pay per form you publish, using credits.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Formever to:

• Break the law, or collect data unlawfully or without a proper basis.
• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive forms.
• Collect sensitive data without appropriate safeguards and consent.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. To provide the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content on your behalf. You are responsible for the forms you publish and for complying with all laws that apply to the data you collect — including telling your respondents how their data will be used. Publishing a form spends one credit. Credits can be bought singly or in discounted packs, and are charged as a one-off payment through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may be displayed in your local currency. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

A published form stays live with unlimited responses for as long as you keep it, subject to these terms. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

The Formever name, brand, and software are ours. Published forms may display a “Powered by Formever” link unless otherwise agreed.

You can stop using Formever and delete your forms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
